1. Introduction: The Securities and Futures Legal Professional Committee of Guangdong Chenggong Law Firm was established on January 22, 2021, and was established by a number of lawyers practicing in the securities industry. The committee aims to conduct in-depth research on the legal provisions of the securities and futures industry, explore the development trend of industry laws, and analyze the theoretical basis behind the legal provisions of the industry. It provides more professional, efficient and accurate legal professional services for the industry, and also provides practical reference experience for industry legal practice.
2. Main service scope: securities issuance, securities trading, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, public securities investment funds and various private equity fund-related businesses.
3. Objectives:
(1) Complete the preparation of guidelines or regulations for lawyers engaged in relevant securities, futures, and fund legal business, and provide guidance for the development of securities and futures fund legal business;
(2) Organize and carry out special legal seminars or training related to securities and futures funds to improve the legal professional capabilities of securities and futures funds of the lawyer team;
(3) Launch a complete set of professional legal service products according to the characteristics of the industry to better provide high-quality and efficient legal services for securities and futures funds;
(4) Keep abreast of the industry's trends and learn from the advanced experience of brother units;
(5) Actively participate in the research and discussion of major social events, hot social issues, difficult cases, and major sensitive cases in the securities and futures fund industry, provide legal opinions, and provide lawyers with a reference role in providing relevant legal services.
