The Criminal Law Professional Committee of Guangdong Chenggong Law Firm is personally participated in by our founding partner Gan Yongming as the chairman. It is led by criminal law service lawyers and built on a foundation of in-depth criminal law theory, extensive high-quality criminal law practice, and strong collaboration between senior and young lawyers. Deputy Directors Cheng Quan and Shang Weifeng are both highly accomplished lawyers in the field of criminal legal services, handling multiple cases over more than ten years of practice, many of which have become landmark cases. Deputy Director Cheng Quan once served as the Deputy Director of the 10th Criminal Litigation Professional Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association and is also a member of Shenzhen's "Seven Criminal Defense Lawyers" group. Deputy Director Shang Weifeng served as a prosecutor for many years and, whether as a prosecutor or as a practicing lawyer, has handled a large number of criminal cases. Committee members include lawyers Gan Yongming and Chen Yali, who defended public figure Song Sanmu in a rape case; lawyer Zeng Na, who served as a judge for many years and has successfully defended multiple clients leading to acquittals after becoming a lawyer; lawyer Li Shuanghui, who successfully reduced major charges to minor ones, obtained state compensation for clients, and whose handled case was listed as Guiding Case No. 42 by the *** People's Court in 2014; as well as vibrant young lawyers passionate about criminal defense. All committee members have many years of practical criminal experience and have handled numerous criminal cases, vigorously safeguarding clients' rights throughout the legal service process.
In terms of public welfare, many committee members have long served as lawyers in the legal aid pools of Shenzhen Legal Aid Office, Futian District Legal Aid Office, Longhua District Legal Aid Office, and Luohu District Legal Aid Office. Every year, they provide designated defense in over a hundred criminal cases for the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Futian District People's Court, Longhua District People's Court, and Luohu District People's Court, contributing selflessly to the legal development of Shenzhen.

2. Offer legal consultation services related to criminal matters to clients;
3. Provide criminal defense legal services for individuals, enterprises, or executives suspected of crimes, whether or not coercive measures have been applied;
4. Represent criminal victims in filing reports, initiate ancillary civil lawsuits, participate in reviewing case files or court proceedings, and other related legal services;
5. Provide criminal law legal training for enterprises, schools, and social organizations.
